EXCHANGE, SHIPPING, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction.
In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money in the form of store credit, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to schedule returns for their order and request a refund from us in the form of store credit.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

REFUND POLICY
1.We process refunds in the form of store credit in the case of returned orders and in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the same card that was used.

EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY
1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
3. The product's original tags to be intact and the product's original e-bill to be presented while sending an exchange request.
4. In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference.
5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand
6. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
7. A charge of Rs. 200 will be levied on the client for a return order.
8. The shipping period for products in normal days will be 3- 5 nationally and 7-10 days for international orders and in case of extreme situations like strikes or pandemic will be 8-10 days nationally and 13-15 days for international orders.

11. If any duty charges are levied by the customer's country, the same will have to be paid by the customer as we charge only shipping charges
12. A charge of Rs. 75 will be levied on the client for a exchange order upto value of Rs 650 order amount
13. Shipping charge of Rs.75 should pay by the customer at the time of check out up to Order Value Rs 750/.
