EXCHANGE, SHIPPING, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer support through exchanges, store credits, and defined cancellation and refund policies as detailed below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations:
You may request a cancellation only if your order has not been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us via the Contact Us page.

Exceptions to Cancellations:
○ Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
○ No cancellations are accepted on:
■ Discounted or promotional merchandise
■ Pre-orders
■ International orders
RETURN POLICY

Refunds for Returned Orders:
Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Refund Restrictions:
○ No return, refund, or cancellation is applicable on Customized Items.
○ International orders and customized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
○ Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Window:
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:
○ Products must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
○ Original tags and packaging must be intact.
○ A valid e-invoice must be submitted along with the exchange request.

Exchange Value:
You may exchange the item for another of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid.

Exchange Exceptions:
○ No exchanges are allowed on discounted or customized merchandise.
○ No exchanges are permitted for international orders.
○ The decision to accept an exchange for sale items rests solely with the brand.

Exchange Charges:
○ A Rs. 75 charge will be levied for exchanges on orders up to Rs. 650.
○ Customers are responsible for shipping charges as applicable.
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Timeline:
○ Domestic Orders: 3–5 business days
○ International Orders: 7–10 business days
○ Exceptional Delays:
■ Domestic: 8–10 business days
■ International: 13–15 business days

Shipping Charges:
○ All domestic orders of value greater than Rs. 500 have free shipping.
○ A flat shipping charge of Rs. 75 applies to all domestic orders up to Rs. 500 in value.
○ For international orders, shipping charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders):
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are to be borne by the customer. We only charge for shipping fees and are not liable for additional charges levied at the time of delivery.
